Dehumanizer
Black Sabbath - "Dehumanizer"
ALBUM TITLE: Dehumanizer
GENRE: Heavy Metal
LABEL: EMI
ARTIST: Black Sabbath
COUNTRY: UK
After 20 years the 1992 released metal-masterpiece “Dehumanizer” is still one of BLACK SABBATHs most fascinating albums. The line-up of the band during that period was the following: Ronnie James Dio (vocal legend, which died in May 2010), guitarist Tony Iommy, bassist Geezer Butler (both founding members) and the inimitable drummer Vinnie Appice (the younger brother of the drum icon Carmine Appice). The re-release will be released in early February as a deluxe 2-CD-Digipak or Gatefold 2-LP. Both will contain the original remastered recordings on the first disc/LP. The technical audio work was done by Andy Pearce, who won the “Classic Rock Award” for his prvious BLACK SABBATH Remasters. Alongside with three album tracks coming in rare versions (for example the “Wayne’s World Version” of “Time Machine”), the second disc/LP offers five live tracks from a 1992 concert in Tampa Bay, Forida. One of these tracks was previously unreleased.
