Alastair Moock is about to release his second studio album, which will be released on the Dutch label Corazong. ‘Fortune Street’ is the name of his second album and gives the listener from the beginning on a huge portion of happiness: Folk-Blues enthusiasts and connoisseurs will immediately feel the special something that Boston Troubadour Moock sprays. But musical “omnivores“ will enjoy the new longplayer of the American as well. ‘Fortune Street’ was produced by David Goodrich, who should ring the bell of many, as he has already worked together with Chris Smither, Peter Mulvey and Jeffrey Foucault. It took Alastair Moock no longer than 5 days to record his new opus; 2 tracks have been recorded solo, the other 8 tracks enjoy the musical support of David Goodrich, Lou Ulrich and Michael Piehl (all of them are former members of Groovasaurus, the pathbreaking Rock band from Boston. Further guests on ‘Fortune Street’ are: Kris Delmhorst, Michael Dinallo (The Mercy Brothers) and Sean Staples (The Resophonics).
