Bodog Music is proud to announce that Overkill could be signed for a worldwide deal! The new album, called „Immortalis“, will be released this fall. The new record contract also reunites the band with Jonny and Marsha Zazula, who signed the band more than 20 years ago and had a big share of making metal music popular. In the meantime, Jonny Zazula has become the boss of the US team of Bodog Music. „Who said that one cannot come back home?”, asks Bobby „Blitz“ Ellsworth. „Whoever said that was wrong! We once again meet our first and best supporters. We’re back!“. „I met Overkill after a sold-out concert in New York recently, and they were better than ever!”, says Jonny Zazula. „They´re heavy as hell and I loved it!“

Since their foundation in 1980, Overkill have released more than 15 albums. Despite numerous line-up-changes, Overkill have never shown a sign of giving-up and were always faithful to Heavy Metal, being a big influence to it’s development. Jonny and Marsha Zazula helped bands like Metallica, Anthrax and Ministry to impressive careers, hand in hand with their label Megaforce Records and their management company Crazed Bands. „More than 20 years have gone by since we signed Overkill, and I still have big respect for their development!”, says Marsha Zazula.

There are only very few bands which are as much respected as Overkill in the scene, and with their new album, the band is doomed to climb back onto the peak of Heavy Metal. Overkill will prove that they are still in for the kill, and will let many young bands look pretty old!
