Iron Maiden are coming back to Germany and are going to play two headliner stadium shows in June 2007!
The confirmed shows are taking place on friday 8th of june 2007 in Ludwigshafen/Südweststadion and on sunday 17th of june 2007 in Duisburg/MSV Arena.
In december last year IRON MAIDEN played two overwhelming concerts in Stuttgart and Dortmund in front of over 24.000 enthusiastic fans on their phenomenally successful “A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH WORLD TOUR”.
Both shows were completely sold out and the latest album was number one in the German album charts too.
Bruce Dickinson: “We are all looking forward to come back to Germany. We played the whole new album live on stage and the support of the German fans was terrific. It is a pity that we could only play two shows in Germany and we definitely wanted to come back in order to play more concerts for our German fans. We are very glad to come back to the big open air arenas and because of the summer and as a thank we will integrate a lot of Iron Maiden classics in our current program, from which we know that our fans want to hear them in an open air party atmosphere. Furthermore we forbid Eddie to go on vacation so that he will be definitely there at our shows. It should be a great night for all of us!”

The support bands for both stadium shows will be announced on the official website of the band ( and on within a short time.

The advance sale begins on the 8th of february 2007 at all ticket agencies.
